We asked our Kaboom Club for their thoughts on new dishes, and our kitchen has been hard at work putting an Oregano’s spin on some Italian classics. Our Marinara Carbonara and Pinetop Ravioli dishes won’t be around forever, so cheat on your usual and try one of these tasty dishes before they’re gone!
PiNETOP RAViOLi
Eight mascarpone cheese raviolis baked to perfection then dressed with our basil pesto, toasted pine-nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes. It’s a pasta party on a plate!
MARiNARA CARBONARA
This isn’t your mother’s carbonara, unless she was ahead of her time. Buttered angel hair tossed with mushrooms, bacon, shredded chicken, a bit of red peppers and a hint of chipotle tossed in our homemade marinara. Topped with parmesan cheese and parsley for a tasty finish. Boo-yah!
